  The South Korean government expressed concern over North Korea’s plan to launch a satellite-tipped long-range rocket next month, saying it would be a provocative act, threatening peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula as well as Northeast Asia. 다음 달 북한이 장거리 위성 탑재 로켓을 발사하는 것에대해 한국정부는 동북 아시아와 한반도의 안정과 평화를 위협하는 북한의 도발일 수도 있다고 우려를 나타내고 있다.   

Through a statement from the foreign ministry spokesperson on Friday, Seoul said if Pyongyang fires the rocket, it would be a clear violation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1874, which bans all launches using ballistic missile technology. 해외 부처 대변인의 말에 따르면, 한국 정부는 북한이 로켓을 발사한다면, 그 행위는 UN 안보리 결의안 1874에 위반되는 일이라는 입장을 피력했다고 한다.(1874호에서는 모든 탄도미사일 개발을 금지 한다고 하네요.) 

The South Korean government demanded Pyongyang halt all its provocative actions and adhere to the UN resolution, as well as its international responsibilities.
남한 정부는 북한에 도발적인 행위의 중단과 국제 사회의 책임감에 맞게 UN결의안을 준수할 것을 요청했다. 
The government said it would cooperate closely with other six-party nuclear talks members to keep Pyongyang from launching the rocket.
