ロイター（Reuters）は「Trump rebukes South Korea after North Korean bomb test」（9月3日、英語版）との見出しで報じました。何と「rebuke」（叱責する）という単語を使ったのです。
普通の読者はなぜ、トランプ大統領が韓国を叱責するか分からないと考えたのでしょう。ロイターは「文在寅大統領は国際的な対北制裁に参加はするが、核開発計画を巡る北朝鮮との対話にいまだ執心している」と付け加えました。
