【서울=야마다 켄이치】미 제너럴 모터스(GM)의 한국 법인, 한국 GM는 20일, 적자가 계속 되는 경영의 재건을 협의하는 노사교섭을 열어, 타협점을 찾아내지 못하고 결렬했다.경영측은 20일밤에 이사회를 개최.교섭이 결렬했을 경우, 20일에 결의한다고 하고 있던 법정 관리(일본의 회사 갱생법으로 상당)의 신청에 대해서, 23일의 이사회에서 재차 논의하기로 했다.

노사교섭으로, 경영측은 연 1000억원( 약 100억엔) 규모의 복리후생비의 삭감을 요구.노조측은 미 GM가 2월에 결정한 한국의 완성차공장을 2개로 줄일 계획에 관해, 직장이 정해지지 않는 680명의 고용 보증을 요구했다.서로 전날과 같은 요구를 내걸고 결렬에 끝났다.노사는 23일까지 교섭을 계속한다고 보여진다.

미 GM는 2월 이후, 해외 담당의 앵글 총괄 부사장을 단속적으로 한국에 파견.경영측이 요구하는 코스트 삭감안을 노조가 이번 달 20일까지 받아 들이지 않으면, 법정 관리를 신청할 자세를 보이고 있었다.법정 관리로 옮기면, 거래처등을 포함해 30만명의 고용에 영향을 준다라는 견해가 있다.

그러나 노조측은 정말로 타협점은 없었었습니까?

현대(정도)만큼이 아니라도 상당히 좋은 급여를 받고 있었던 괄로, 경영상태를 생각하면, 임금 인하는 세계 상식이라고 해도 좋을 정도의 당연한 조건이라고 생각하기는 하지만요.

그런데도 교섭이 23일까지 행해지는 것 같기 때문에, 노조측으로 하면 거기까지 버티는 의도인지도.

그 때 GM측이 접히지 않는다고 알면, 전면 항복, 조건 말하는대로 수락으로의 타결도 유리카?

그렇게 되면 노조 집행부의 딱지·변명 대책으로 타협하고 있지 않는 것뿐일지도.
