第二十一条
この条約の第二十五条の規定にかかわらず、中国は、第十条及び第十四条（ａ）２の利益を受ける権利を有し、
朝鮮は、この条約の第二条、
第四条、第九条及び第十二条の
利益を受ける権利を有する。
TERRITORY

(a) Japan, recognizing the independence of Korea, renounces all right, title, and claim to Korea, including the islands of Quelpart, Port Hamilton and Dagelet.
