한국에서 재일 동포(재일 한국인)에 대해 한국 사회가 가지고 있는 이미지는, 주로 이하의 세 개이다고 생각하지만, 어떻겠는가？


1.일본 통치기에 강제당해 혹은 어쩔 수 없이 고향을 떠나고 일본에서 일하지 않으면 안 되었던 사람들, 혹은 그 자손.

2.일본에서 차별과 푸대접을 받고 있는 minority group.

3.모든 고난을 밀쳐 한국적을 유지하고 있는 사람들.
