FIFA acknowledged that the Japanese company which produced these DVDs had malicious intentions to harm its rival country in her region by making, distributing and getting it authorized. The person who annulled the authorization of this product was also the person who approved this product formerly. He explained later that he was initially told that the company was owned by a French person and judged that there"s no malicious intentions in making such a product.
While investigating the qualities of the DVD, he found out that it was actually made by a Japanese enterprise, not a French one, and that the producer actually had wicked intentions to harm its regional rival. Eventually, he took back his previous decision.
This DVD titled "The 10 Most Bad Calls in World cup" brought controversy in Korea because it contained four of the ten from the 2002 WorldCup Korea/Japan.

"월드컵 10대 오심 의혹" 타이틀의 영상물로써 FIFA의 공인을 요청하여 승인을 받아낸 업체가 최초에는 자신들을 "프랑스"업체라고 말했는데, 그 영상물(DVD)을 면밀히 검토하는 과정에서 그것이 프랑스의 영상물이 아니라 일본 업체에서 제작한 영상물임을 알게 되었고, 어째서 자신들의 신분을 거짓으로 사칭해 FIFA의 승인을 받았는가를 고민하는 과정에서 이 영상물이 "특정 지역 라이벌에 대한 악의" 를 품고 있다고 최종적으로 판단하여, 이 DVD에 대한 FIFA의 공인을 철회하였다.
