　13일 오전 7시 20분쯤, 아오모리현 후카우라마치의 앞바다로 「목조선이 있어 선내에 2명 있다」라고 현지어협으로부터 아오모리 해상 보안부에 통보가 있었다.제2 관할구역 해상 보안 본부(시오가마)에 의하면, 2명은 성인 남성.「북한을 출항했다.돌아가고 싶다」라고 이야기했다고 한다.동본부가 항행 목적이나 경위를 조사한다.

　동본부에 의하면, 승무원은 「엔진이 고장나 표류 상태가 되었다」라고 설명하고 있다.출항시부터 2명으로, 컨디션 불량은 호소하지 않았다.아키타 해상 보안부의 순시선으로 옮겨, 사정을 듣고 있다.

　후카우라마치의 후카우라어협부근에는 해상보안부 직원이나 아오모리현경의 경찰관이 모여, 시끄러움으로 한 분위기에.배의 님 아이를 보러 와있던 70대 남성은 「아침부터 경찰차의 사이렌이 울고 무슨 일일까하고 생각했다.무엇을 가지고 있는지도 모르고 불안하다」라고 이야기했다.
