2016年の冬から2017年は凍える寒さ？

今年の冬は厳冬となり凍える寒さになりそうです。

東京の平均気温の予想として、
12月8℃　1月5℃　2月6℃
ぐらいになりそうです！
また最低気温は−2℃にもなる日があると予想します…

かなり大まかですが、
関西では、
上記の気温に１、２℃ほどプラス
北海道や東北方面は、
12月　1月　2月ともに2℃から−２℃ぐらい
九州方面は、
12月8.5℃　1月4℃　2月８℃ぐらい
とそれぞれ予想します！
