サンフランシスコ条約で日本が放棄する島は済州島、巨文島、鬱陵島の3島が明確に書いてあるが、日本が竹島（独島）を
放棄する場合は
条約にリアンクール（"and Liancourt Rocks"）を書かなければならない
とするサンフランシスコ条約作成責任部署
