新たに感染が判明した８７人のうち、新興宗教団体「新天地イエス教会」の大邱市の教会と関わりがある人は６２人。大邱市の４５人、慶尚北道の８人をはじめ、ソウル市や京畿道、釜山市など全国で同教会関係者の感染が新たに確認された。
同教会関係者の感染者は計２３１人となり、国内感染者４３３人の５３．３％に達する。
集団感染が発生した慶尚北道・清道の病院に関連した感染者は３人増え、計１１１人となった。同病院で入院患者２人が死亡し、新型コロナウイルスに感染していたことが確認されている。
大邱市と慶尚北道で発生した感染者は計３５２人となった。
一方、感染者のうち１人が同日付で隔離措置が解かれ、完治して病院を退院した人は１８人となった。
