Were looking for brilliant & multilingual full time customer service professionals to join our team in Bu-Cheon.
Working as part of a dynamic Asian Support Centre, your role will be to provide “best practice” in customer support. You will work as a community advocate supporting hosts and travelers for our client.
Work Location: Bucheon, South Korea
Responsibilities:
You will manage emails, calls and other communications effectively, efficiently and accurately
Resolving customer queries and advising on product promotions.
Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide travel community.
Salary & Benefits:
2,000,000 to 2,600,000 KRW
2days off per week (Rotational Shift)
Accommodation and Flight Ticket Allowance to S. Korea
Operation Hour:
Five days scheduled [Mon ~ Sun]
Eight Hours scheduled [08: 00-22: 00]
Requirements:
Bilingual (Japanese and English)
Preferably Visa Holder: H1, D2, D10, F2, F4, F5 or F6
Non-Visa Holders are also welcome to try (If succeeded, company will provide relocation assistance)
