Working as part of a dynamic Asian Support Centre, your role will be to provide “best practice” in customer support. You will work as a community advocate supporting hosts and travelers for our client. Responsibilities: • You will manage emails, calls and other communications effectively, efficiently and accurately •Resolving customer queries and advising on product promotions. • Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide travel community. Salary & Benefits: • 2,000,000 to 2,600,000 KRW • Company may offer to sponsor working visa in the future Operation Hour: • Five days scheduled [Mon ~ Sun] • Eight Hours scheduled [08: 00-22: 00] Requirements: • Bilingual (Japanese and English) • Visa Holder: H1, D2, D10, F2, F4, F5 or F6 • University graduate (Bachelor Degree holder)
