【서울 연합 뉴스】한국 남부의 제주도에서 10~14일에 열리는 한국 해군의 국제 관함식의 해상 퍼레이드에, 일본이 해상 자위대의 함정을 파견하지 않는 것이, 한국 정부측의 이야기로 5일 밝혀졌다.한국 정부는 일본에 대해 관함식 기간중의 욱일기(자위대기)의 게양 자숙을 요청하고 있었지만, 자위대 등은 이것에 응하지 않을 방침을 나타내고 있었다.

　소식통은 「일본 그림의 경지 오전, 제주 국제 관함식에 해상 자위대의 함정을 파견하지 않는다고 통지해 왔다」라고 분명히 했다.

　욱일기는 구일본군에서 사용되어 한국에서는 침략전쟁이나 군국주의의 상징으로서 많은 국민이 강한 반감을 가지고 있다.이 때문에 한국 국내에서는 욱일기의 게양 문제가 물의를 양 하고 있었다.한국 해군은 참가 14개국에 퍼레이드로 자국의 국기와 한국의 국기(태극기)를 게양하도록(듯이) 요청하고 있었다.

　일본은 함정을 파견하지 않는 대신에, 행사의 한 살인 서태평양 해군 심포지엄에 대표단을 보낸다고 전해졌다.
