カイロ宣言のすべての条項は移行されるはずで, 日本国の主権は本州優, 北海道, 九州, 四国と 私たちが決定する小さな島々に限るでしょう.
The terms of the Cairo Declaration shall be carried out and Japanese soveregnty shall be be limited to the islands of Honshu, hokkaido, Kyushu, shikoku, and such minor island as we determine.
